Virtual Showroom
Your very own website. You can share any information you wish, include details and pictures of all your stock. Online forms can even be included that will e-mail results direct to your e-mail account. A consultation will be held to ensure your site matches your exact requirements and supports your marketing strategy. This is your opportunity to open your door 24/7.
Stock can also be filtered by your site users allowing them to easily find the vehicle that they desire.
24/7 Updates
You can update your site 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Using your secure username and password you can access your online control panel from any computer with an internet connection. Once on the control panel you can add/remove stock and edit any of your existing vehicles.
Your Personal Domain
This is your site name (e.g. www.valleytradecentre.co.uk). We will register your domain for two years after your consultation. You can test any suggestions you may have at www.ukreg.co.uk
You can also have various @yourdomain e-mail addresses. These e-mail accounts can be accessed via any computer with an internet connection. You can also configure Microsoft Outlook Express to access your mail accounts via our server.

All hosting costs are inclusive.
Promoting Your Website & Search Engine Optimisation
SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) improves your performance on search engines (e.g. www.google.co.uk). Your Showroom will be created using the latest web design technology to ensure maximum SEO results. Your site will also be submitted to all major search engines. To help drive traffic to your showroom all vehicles will be advertised on a regional portal and 2007 will see the launch of our national advertisement service, your stock will also be included here at no further cost.
Spec Sheets
These are silent sellers of the highest quality. Every time you add a vehicle to your showroom, site visitors will have the option to ‘download brochure’. The download ‘spec sheet’ offers a wealth of information for your customers. Many traders also print these spec sheets and laminate to display with their stock.
Training & Support
We provide documentation and can assist with further training if you feel it will help you to maximise the potential of the package. However, our package is so simple often one to one training is not needed. We will support you by getting your stock online as your site launches. Full control is then handed over to yourself allowing you to modify you offers day or night.
Package Price
£25 per week*
* Offer price until the end of 2007 is £20 – available for new customers until the end of 2006.
Our terms are one month in advance, minimum term three months**.
